The City of Crookston has approved new Housing Incentive Program for 2010. Choose a City owned lot in Evergreen Estates or Eickhof 3rd Re-subdivision, or purchase any privately owned lot within city limits, and receive these exciting incentives.

  • Reduce balance of infrastructure special assessments by 50% on privately owned undeveloped lots upon sale of lot to homeowner.
