Restrictive Covenants Summary

Blocks Two and Five

  • Side wall height minimum of eight (8) feet.
  • Roof slope 5:12 (rise over run)
  • Single story residence must be at least 1,200 square feet excluding basement and garage.
  • Multiple story residence must be at least 2,000 square feet excluding basement and garage.
  • Each residence must have an attached garage of at least 500 square feet.
  • Lawns must be established by either seeding or sodding.
  • Moved structures must have been constructed within the last 20 years.
  • Conformances with all covenants must be completed prior to the end of the second construction season.
  • Accessory structures may not be larger than 144 square feet and must be similar in design and appearance to the house.
  • Driveways must be constructed of a hard surface.
