Blocks Two and Five
- Side wall height minimum of eight (8) feet.
- Roof slope 5:12 (rise over run)
- Single story residence must be at least 1,200 square feet excluding basement and garage.
- Multiple story residence must be at least 2,000 square feet excluding basement and garage.
- Each residence must have an attached garage of at least 500 square feet.
- Lawns must be established by either seeding or sodding.
- Moved structures must have been constructed within the last 20 years.
- Conformances with all covenants must be completed prior to the end of the second construction season.
- Accessory structures may not be larger than 144 square feet and must be similar in design and appearance to the house.
- Driveways must be constructed of a hard surface.
