This full-time position works under the supervision of the Parks & Recreation Supervisor and provides overall administrative support for the Parks and Recreation Department. Answers the phone for incoming calls and deals with customers who come in person for sign-ups, information, or various permits. Answers questions and gives information to the public to whatever extent is practicable. Has a good general knowledge of the Parks & Recreation Department’s programs, facilities, and parks. Designs forms to keep inventories, records, and lists.
