Labor Day Garbage & Recycling Collection

City Hall will be closed in Monday, September 7th in observance of Labor Day.

Garbage & Recycling collection for Monday, September 7th (Labor Day) will be collected on Tuesday, September 8th. Tuesday's garbage & recycling collection will remain the same.

Mosquito Spraying Schedule

The City will spray for mosquitos tonight, Wednesday, July 22nd beginning at 7:00PM. The entire town will be sprayed, weather permitting.

2015 Sealcoating Notice

The City of Crookston will be sealcoating the following streets beginning Monday, July 20, 2015, weather permitting.  Please park vehicles off street and at least 15 feet from the street.  Thank you.

11th Annual Take a Kid Fishing Day

Crookston Parks & Recreation is pleased to announce sign-ups for the 11th Annual Take a Kid Fishing Day!

The event will be held on July 31st, and is open to boys and girls ages 9-15. Registrations must be received by July 30th, and the event is limited to 35 participants.

The City will spray for mosquitos on Wednesday, June 10th beginning at 7:00PM. The entire town will be sprayed, weather permitting.

Notice: City Hall to be closed in observance of Memorial Day

City Hall and other City offices will be closed Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day.

Garbage Collection/Twigs & Branch Collection for Monday, May 25th will be collected on Tuesday, May 26th.  Tuesday’s garbage collection will remain the same.

Notice: Twigs and Branch Collection

Branch and twig collection will be held the second and fourth Mondays of each month running May through October.  Place the materials on your curbside.  Branches must be cut in four-foot lengths and bundled in order for the crews to take them away.  Any branches or tree trunks not cut to this length and bundled will be left for the owner to haul away.  Twigs may be in boxes or bags. Individuals removing their diseased elm trees should call City Hall to schedule pickup.
