Aqua Exercise is the performance of aerobic exercise in water. It is done mostly vertically and without swimming typically in waist deep or deeper water. Each class includes a warm-up, cardio and strength-training exercises, and a cooldown. One key benefit of aqua exercise is that it is accessible to everyone regardless of their fitness levels, confidence, or swimming ability. We offer Aqua Exercise Monday-Friday 9-10am!
