What Do I Need Before Operating a Mobile Food Unit?

Please provide the following to the City Clerk. 
  • Mobile Food Unit Application - filled out completely and signed
  • Minnesota State Health and Food Safety License (Resource)
  • Copy of Liability Insurance (Sample)
  • Written consent from the owner where the Mobile Food Unit will be located
Daily Mobile Food Unit Fee - $50.00 per day
